A. Customer cancellation
You can cancel a reservation through the “Check my Reservation” page if the system allows it. For match/event reservations, customer self-cancellation is only available if kick-off is more than 24 hours away, unless our staff approves otherwise.
B. Inside 24 hours
Within 24 hours before kick-off, online self-cancellation is locked. Please contact us by WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to help.
C. Refund of deposits
- If cancelled more than 24 hours before kick-off, the deposit may be refundable or transferable.
- If cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit may be non-refundable because the table and capacity were already blocked.
- If Jungle Joy cancels the reservation, you are entitled to a refund of any deposit paid or an alternative booking where acceptable.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

D. Admin cancellation
Jungle Joy may cancel or amend reservations for operational reasons, overbooking, force majeure, licensing restrictions, private events, safety issues or incorrect customer information.
E. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us first at jungle.joy.malta@gmail.com to resolve any payment or refund issue before opening a chargeback.
