A. Operator
Reservations are operated by FGF STALL LTD for Jungle Joy Malta.
B. Reservation request
Submitting a reservation request does not automatically guarantee a table unless the system clearly marks it as confirmed. Some reservations may first be marked as pending and require admin approval.
C. Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message by email, on-screen confirmation or other official communication from Jungle Joy.
D. Deposit / payment
A deposit may be required per person or per table. The amount, currency, payment method and refund rules will be shown before you complete the booking. Payment is processed via SumUp. The deposit amount is flexible and varies per booking.
E. Capacity and outlet
Tables are subject to capacity, availability, outlet selection, opening hours and operational limitations. Jungle Joy may contact you if changes are needed.
F. Arrival time / no-show
You must arrive 15 minutes before the game starts or inform us if you will be late. Jungle Joy may release your table if you are significantly late without notice.
G. Customer details
You must provide accurate contact details. If wrong details are provided and we cannot contact you, the reservation may be cancelled or released.
H. House rules
Customers must follow venue rules, licensing requirements, staff instructions and applicable laws. Jungle Joy may refuse service where legally permitted, including for abusive behaviour, unsafe behaviour or breach of venue rules.
I. Event / match screening
Screening schedules, kick-off times and availability may change. Jungle Joy is not responsible for changes made by broadcasters, tournament organisers or third parties.
J. Match-specific reservation
Each reservation is valid for the selected match only. Once the match ends, the table must be vacated and no further claim to it exists.
K. No official affiliation
Jungle Joy is independent and not officially affiliated with any sports body, team, tournament organiser or broadcaster unless expressly stated.
